About the TSP 5.0 demo It does not include our Windows interface program "TSP Through the Looking Glass", which is essentially an editor and output viewer for running TSP in batch mode. It has a very limited memory capacity (roughly 1300 numbers in a dataset). In the regular version of TSP, there are no such limits; model/dataset size is constrained only by available virtual memory. This demo also does not contain the GiveWin interface program. If you would like to get some idea of how GiveWin works, you can download the PcGive Professional 9.1 demo, which includes a demo version of GiveWin 1.1 . However, it may not be easy to tell the difference between the GiveWin interface and the PcGive interface. The PcGive uses dialog boxes to construct commands, while in TSP, the user has to type commands directly. In TSP, graphics are sent to GiveWin only with the PLOT and GRAPH commands. GiveWin can also be used independently from TSP to read and graph spreadsheet or database files. We also have a "Student" version of this which is constrained to about 16,000 numbers in a dataset. The purpose of this memory limitation is to prevent this demonstration version from being used on serious models. However, the included example codes (see examples.txt) should illustrate its capabilities in spite of this memory limitation. This Demonstration copy will also expire in 60 days or less.
