Updates to the printed TSP Manuals

Reference Manual, REGOPT command: The equation which TSP uses for the Akaike Information Criterion is  AIC = -@LOGL + @NCID
(not @NCID*2 ).  This is correct for normalizing the AIC in terms of –LOGL (instead of -LOGL*2).
