TSP Site Licenses

A TSP site license allows an unlimited number of on-site users in a single location (i.e., a department if this is a large organization). A single location can include any number of buildings in a single metropolitan area.

A regular site license does not allow any personal student copies in the case of a university. It does allow home and portable use by researchers (professors and research assistants).

A site license plus that does allow general personal student copies costs 25% more than a "regular" site license. Upgrading from a regular site license to plus costs the difference in their prices; if upgrading versions at the same time, the cost is the regular site license upgrade price plus the difference in the two prices.

An "additional copy" site license can be ordered for a second department at 50% of the full site license price. It does not have to be purchased at the

same time as the first site license.

An additional operating system version of the same type (PC or unix) for an existing site license costs 25% of the price of the corresponding site license or upgrade, and it does not include any additional manuals (just the CD). For example, if you order a TSP/Oxmetrics university site license at $2100 and also want a master copy of the MacOS version of TSP that would cost an additional $450 ($1800/4). However, if you have a Windows site license and want to add a unix site license, the second site license would be at the additional copy discount of 50% ($2100 for Windows and $1050 = $2100/2 for unix).

Manuals: A new TSP site license for includes 5 sets of manuals (ie, 5 copies of the User's Guide and 5 copies of the Reference Manual). An upgrade includes 2 sets of manuals. If you order an additional copy of a site license (see above), then you get 3 additional sets of manuals..
