How to Order TSP

If you would like to order TSP software, please refer to the TSP price list to determine the cost of your order. For information on the different versions available, please see the TSP requirements page. Then fill out the order form and mail, fax, or email it to us at info at tspintl.com.

TSP can also be ordered from our authorized distributors in Japan, Belgium, and UK. The UK distributor also has US, Portuguese, Brazilian, Spanish and Polish offices. For their addresses, please see the list of overseas distributors.

SHIPPING

Within the United States and Canada:

• No extra charge for single copies; programs are sent by priority mail or UPS (Air Parcel Post to Canada).
• Express shipping is available and will be billed at cost.
• Orders with additional manuals, multiple copies, and site licenses will be billed at cost.

International orders: we use express air couriers, which provide tracking information and are generally more reliable than the post. Note that if you supply us only with a P.O. Box address, we have to use air parcel post, which may introduce delays in your order.

• Single copies without additional manuals are sent by TNT or air parcel post: US$50.
• Site licenses, orders with additional manuals, and multiple copies are sent by TNT or air parcel post and billed at cost.
• Manuals only are sent by surface book post. If requested, air parcel post will be used, to be billed at cost.

 
PREPAYMENT

To prepay, contact us for shipping costs (note that shipping is added after the 5% prepayment discount is taken). You can email info@tspintl.com for a quote.

 
DISCOUNT FOR PAYMENT (by check) WITH ORDER

For orders over $120, you may deduct 5% from your payment, if a check for the full amount in US funds accompanies your order. The discount does not apply to orders for manuals only.

 
ACCEPTABLE METHODS OF PAYMENT

TSP accepts payment by check in US Dollars drawn on a US bank; by bank wire transfer; and by Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We accept university purchase orders.

 
WARRANTY

Manuals and disks are not returnable except in case of physical defects.
