TSP Newsletter – January 2009

This short newsletter is to let you know that TSP will be at the ASSA meetings in San Francisco, Booth #300.

Come visit us and learn about recent enhancements to TSP -- here are some examples:

Generalized impulse response (invariant) and bootstrap s.e.s in VAR
Panel-robust standard errors in LSQ (nonlinear systems least squares), in addition to those in ML, OLS, 2SLS, and Probit
Reading the latest versions of Excel and stata files.

Here is what a new TSP user says about the program:

"I found the solution for this in page 235-6 of the TSP UG. TSP is great!"

"I am appreciating more and more TSP in particular on the nonlinear estimation side. I have been impressed how easy it is to declare the implicit nonlinear functions when the error terms are not additive."
